Chef luis Castillo


Jelty was founded in 2019 in Santurce, Puerto Rico, by Chef Luis Castillo and Filiberto (Tato) Lebrón. We wanted to share the experience of a healthy, creole food,served with local fresh products and passion at affordable prices. The experience has been deliciously rewarding and now we launched in to the world of hambergers with the new Berger Project bringing the concept of Jelthy to this culinary adventure.
